Director of Operations- Now Hiring

Mary’s Helping Hands is seeking a dynamic and passionate Director of Operations to lead and oversee all aspects of this West Des Moines based non-profit pregnancy resource center. MHH has been serving families in Polk County since 2021 and has assisted nearly 9,000 mothers, fathers, and babies since its founding. Our mission is to provide hope, love and support to families in Iowa by providing basic necessities for life such as basic hygiene (diapers/wipes/shampoo), clothing, literacy support (books), pack n plays (for safe sleep), bathtubs, nursing/breastfeeding supplies and so much more. The individual will be a highly organized leader and a strategic thinker, an experienced and persuasive communicator, and a relationship-builder with an authentic commitment to our mission and client population.
