Mary’s Helping Hands provides hope, love and support for expecting and new mothers, fathers, and caregivers who need help navigating their child’s first two years of life.
WE CARE FOR THOSE IN NEED
Mary’s Helping Hands is here for YOU. If you are pregnant or if you have a young child up to age two, we can provide you with gently used maternity clothing, baby clothing and nursery items. Our items have been generously donated and we ensure you everything we offer is clean and in good condition.

Why we started this ministry
Many families in Central Iowa struggle to acquire the basic necessities of life for their young families, and a new baby puts added strain on already limited resources. These families lack access to essential items such as clothing, diapers, hygiene, and baby equipment needed to thrive during the early years. Mary’s Helping Hands fill this gap by connecting with generous donors who support our organization abundantly through monetary gifts and in-kind donations of baby and maternity clothing, books, and other items that go directly to serving our clients in need.
